Oder beim Film Hachiko, als Richard Gere nicht mehr zur\u00fcckkehrt und das H\u00fcndchen trotzdem weiterhin am Bahnhof vergeblich auf ihn wartet. Doch was bewegt uns dazu, in Tr\u00e4nen auszubrechen? Warum weinen wir in bestimmten Situationen, je nachdem wie wir uns gerade f\u00fchlen? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"654\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lenstore.de\/augenpflege\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/654x300-blog-image-Crying.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-208\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lenstore.de\/augenpflege\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/654x300-blog-image-Crying.png 654w, https:\/\/www.lenstore.de\/augenpflege\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/654x300-blog-image-Crying-300x138.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 654px) 100vw, 654px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir weinen, wenn wir traurig, gestresst,\nersch\u00f6pft, w\u00fctend und verzweifelt sind, aber auch wenn wir ger\u00fchrt sind oder uns\n\u00fcber etwas freuen. Verschiedene Emotionen k\u00f6nnen uns zum Weinen bewegen. Wir weinen\njedoch auch aus Schmerz oder wenn wir eine Zwiebel schneiden. Deshalb k\u00f6nnen Tr\u00e4nen\nin drei Typen eingeteilt werden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Emotionale\nTr\u00e4nen:<\/strong> Tr\u00e4nen, die wir vergie\u00dfen, wenn wir emotional\nbewegt sind. Das kann nach dem Tod eines nahestehenden Menschen sein, wenn uns\neine Situation sehr w\u00fctend macht oder wenn wir so gl\u00fccklich sind, dass uns die\nTr\u00e4nen kommen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reflextr\u00e4nen:<\/strong> Tr\u00e4nen, die durch \u00e4u\u00dfere Reize ausgel\u00f6st werden. Das k\u00f6nnen Staub, Rauch, Wind etc. sein, die in die Augen gelangen und sie dadurch reizen k\u00f6nnen. Als eine Art Schutzmodus beginnen die Augen zu tr\u00e4nen, damit die \u201eFremdk\u00f6rper\u201c abgewehrt werden k\u00f6nnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Basale\nTr\u00e4nen:<\/strong> Diese Art von Tr\u00e4nen sorgen f\u00fcr die\nGrundversorgung von Fl\u00fcssigkeit f\u00fcr unsere Augen und dienen dazu, den\nFeuchtigkeitsgehalt unserer Augen im Gleichgewicht zu halten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Basale und Reflextr\u00e4nen erkl\u00e4ren ihre Funktion von selbst, doch warum weinen wir, wenn wir traurig sind? Laut dem amerikanischen Biochemiker William H. Frey II weinen wir, um uns besser zu f\u00fchlen. Er hatte 1981 entdeckt, dass in emotionalen Tr\u00e4nen mehr Stressstoffe enthalten sind, als in Reflex- oder basalen Tr\u00e4nen und hat daraus geschlossen, dass unser K\u00f6rper beim Weinen Giftstoffe abgibt, was bewirkt, dass wir uns besser f\u00fchlen. Diese Theorie ist jedoch umstritten, da nur ein kleiner Teil dieser Hormone abgegeben wird und somit nicht belegt werden kann, dass man sich besser f\u00fchlt, nachdem man in Tr\u00e4nen ausgebrochen ist. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"654\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lenstore.de\/augenpflege\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/654x300-blog-image-Crying-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-209\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lenstore.de\/augenpflege\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/654x300-blog-image-Crying-3.png 654w, https:\/\/www.lenstore.de\/augenpflege\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/654x300-blog-image-Crying-3-300x138.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 654px) 100vw, 654px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine weitere Theorie, die auf Darwin zur\u00fcckgeht, ist, dass wir Tr\u00e4nen als Kommunikationsmittel verwenden. Durch unsere Tr\u00e4nen k\u00f6nnen wir unseren Mitmenschen signalisieren, dass wir uns traurig f\u00fchlen und eine Schulter zum Anlehnen brauchen. Babys schreien und weinen, um zu kommunizieren, dass sie hungrig oder m\u00fcde sind, oder dass irgendetwas nicht stimmt \u2013 eine Art Hilferuf sozusagen. Jedoch auch diese Theorie ist nicht wissenschaftlich best\u00e4tigt, da die meisten Menschen nicht gerne vor anderen Menschen weinen, sondern sich zur\u00fcckziehen, um zu weinen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Warum wir weinen kann also nicht zu hundert Prozent gesagt werden und ist wissenschaftlich noch nicht belegt worden. Au\u00dferdem gibt es Menschen, die kaum oder nie weinen und solche, die sehr nah am Wasser gebaut sind und wegen jeder Kleinigkeit anfangen zu weinen. Jeder Mensch hat seine eigene Art, Emotionen zu zeigen \u2013 ob man sich dadurch besser f\u00fchlt oder ob man weint, um zu zeigen, dass man jemanden zum Zuh\u00f6ren oder Reden braucht, kommt auf die Person an.
